Steps to receiving live-in care

Contact: After we have received your initial inquiry and had discussions to assess if live-in care is suitable for you needs the next stage will be to arrange a care needs assessment.

Care assessment: A care assessment will be conducted by a qualified caregiver to evaluate the person's needs and care requirements. The assessment may also involve a consultation with the person's doctor, family member, or other healthcare professionals.

Finding the right caregiver: Once the care assessment has been completed, we will match a suitable caregiver to the person. The caregiver will have experience in providing the type of care required and will have undergone background checks and training.

Providing live-in care: The caregiver will move in with the person and will provide 24/7 care in their home.
